Beautiful red bourbon from El Savlador. Medium roast with flavors of Dark Chocolate, Cherries, and Caramel. As my gf says its like a cab sauv coffee - its not boozy though. Washed processed and a clean finish with a slightly syrupy mouthfeel.
An all around crowd pleaser, whether you are a coffee enthusiast, or exclusively drink coffee with milk, you will enjoy this coffee. This is a classic profile for high grown Nicaraguan coffee. I first get a deep syrupy sweetness with notes of bonfire toffee and raisin. The heavy satisfying body makes way for a clean bright finish with notes of stone fruit and lime.
This complex and fruity natural from Hamasho Village hits all the notes you expect when you drink a great natural Ethiopian. The blueberry and citrus stand out first and that fades into the peach, with a tea like finish. This is the type of coffee that can convert someone into a black coffee drinker.
